PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data by the company 3THERMO Ltd. with its registered office in 29 Raynham Road, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertforshire, CM23 5PE ("we" or "3THERMO Ltd." or "Company"), in particular the personal data of users of the website www.3thermo.org.uk ( hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), taking into account the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). People using the Website are asked to carefully read the following content.

The Data Controller of the personal data of the Website’s users is, within the meaning of the GDPR, the company 3THERMO Ltd.. 3THERMO Ltd. cares about protecting personal data of our customers and visitors who use our websites or services (collectively, our “Users”). This privacy policy provides details about how personal data of the Users is collected, shared and used. This privacy policy covers personal data, including any information we collect, use and share from you, as described further below. This privacy policy applies to all websites and all services of the Company (the “Services”). This privacy policy does not regulate the ways of using or sharing data collected by Users when using our Services.

We also use the information we receive in aggregated and anonymized formats to produce reports on trends and statistics, such as mobile search trends, email open rates by industry, campaign best practices or the number of Users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, our websites or evaluated or purchased our products and Services.

Personal data shared with us by you when you email us will solely be used by us to communicate with you, answer any of your questions, present our offer and provide the Services to you. Your personal data will be collected and stored on an offline database and will not be shared with any third party.

In case you provide us with any payment information it will only be used to facilitate payment for our Services.

For example, we disclose mobile search trends or the number of Users that have clicked on our websites or evaluated or purchased our products and Services.

We are not responsible for the security of the personal data or its processing once received by the third party.

RECTIFICATION

You have the right to require us to rectify any personal data held about you that is inaccurate and have incomplete data completed. Where you request rectification, please explain in detail why you believe the personal data we hold about you to be inaccurate or incomplete so that we can assess whether a rectification is required. ERASURE

RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING TO STORAGE ONLY

You have a right to require us to stop processing the personal data we hold about you other than for storage purposes in the following circumstances:

  • We wish to erase the personal data as the processing we are doing is unlawful but you want us to simply restrict the use of that data;

CHILDREN

Our Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal data without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such data from our files.

DATA TRANSFER

In order for us to provide the Services to you, your personal data will be transferred to, and stored at/processed in a secure offline database.We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

3THERMO Ltd., registered in29 Raynham Road, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertforshire, CM23 5PE is the controller of your data. However, where Users are EU residents, for transfers of personal data to the Company or for transfers of data to third parties, such transfers will either (i) be under the Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC and 2010/87/EU; or (ii) rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
